The Danish backgammon player Sander Lylloff was born in 1982. He began his career in Denmark from an early age. All over the country Lylloff played in clubs and cafes chouettes and lots of backgammon money games.
For many years he played this board game locally but in 2005 he became well known on the international backgammon tournament scene after he defeated Matvey Natanzon in the Super Jackpot which took place at the Las Vegas Open Backgammon Tournament. In the same year when he obtained the amazing result against Natanzon he teamed up with Mark Teltscher of England and ended in second place in the Pro Am backgammon event which was held in Las Vegas, Nevada. Surprisingly in 2007 these two players battled in the final table of the European Poker Tour Barcelona. Lylloff emerged victorious in the poker event and took home a huge prize of 1,170,700 Euro. This proves that beside being a top notch backgammon player he is also an extremely talented poker player.
In the same year when he registered the amazing performance in the EPT poker tournament the Danish backgammon player won the Main Championship flight of the PartoucheGammon Tour’s Riviera Challenge and the Nations Cup international team event.
